no help from verizon with issues with app crashing

Verizon is still refusing to replace the m8 with a comparable device. Ive tried every possible fix through verizon and htc including uninstalling webview and factory data resets and replacement devices (being the M8). Multiple replacement of the M8 wont help they should be replacing them with comprable devices. Anyone here have any luck with getting a comprable device as a replacement?
