I was in a foreign country last month, and My phone was having issues while I was at the hotel. I only had about 10 % battery life left and I really needed help. I go through all the trouble to log one to the Verizon website, ask a customer representative for help, and before they can even do anything, they ask me for a master billing password. I already logged onto the account with my password, etc. [removed] IS A MASTER BILLING PASSWORD? I was in a foreign country, desperate need to check reservations online, 10% battery life left, and no help until 4% battery life left, and right before they can give me the answer they say I need this master billing password. Then my phone died
so thanks Verizon. very reliable.

The billing password is something that an Account Owner sets up for added security to the account or is needed to add an Account Manager to the account. (not the online account but when you go into a store or call in for support)
