Texting on Wifi no longer works, how do I re-subscribe to integrated messenging? thanks!

Billyb7 message received loud & clear. Lets get to the bottom of this. Is your Verizon Messages app completely up to date? When was the last time you were able to text over wifi? Is this with any recipient or only with certain people?
