Adding new devices

I ordered and received three new devices, but the online system lists each item as ordered rather than received. The system does not give any of the devices the option to set them up. How long do I have to wit before the system knows that I am ready to set up the devices.

I am having the same problem...I can not get the Door Lever to work. It says Ordered and not received. I called Verizon and they said someone should get back to me within 24 hours. They should be able to troubleshoot this over the phone for the price I paid.
