I have a 7232 HD DVR box, and since the 1.9a update was delivered last week, I've had the clock display on the front panel stop running a couple of times, once at 2:00AM and once at 3:00AM. The fix is simply turn the box on and off, and the clock display is fixed. This is kind of a nuisance since the DVR is the most visible clock in the room at night. I haven't seen this as a known problem .
I am generally satisfied with 1.9a, except for one issue with the Guide/Search.
The results of search are now ordered by date.
Previously you could filter those results by channel. This is useful since many programs appear on more than one channel, so for example any episode of House that isn't on FOX, is by definition a re-run. The new format does not identify the channel the program is on, only the date and time...
No idea on the clock issue. Maybe a power pull?
As far as Search goes... When you Search for House you can then select one and then view "Upcoming Shows". This will show New and Repeat and any channel it is on. Maybe this will help you.

The same clock issue has happened to me once on my 7216 box and once on my 2500 box (not at the same time). It's only the display on the box itself and doesn't impact the guide or anything. It fixes itself if I turn the STP off and back on. Never happened before 1.9.
