Connecting NOOKcolor

When trying to connect my NOOKcolor thru the Verizon router the status shows as connected but then I am redirected to a non-existing router page. Has anyone experienced and solved this problem?

Hi, Make sure you are using the correct WEP key. It is located on a sticker on the router. Also:
Has the device been updated to the latest 1.0.1 B&N software?
