...  approximately the amount of time between getting the message "It's almost here!  A new FiOS TV is coming!" and Verizon pushing the 1.9 update. 

I'm in Northern NJ, VHO 7 and I just got the message today.   There is also a report that VHO 8 has the message now as well.
