I am trying to view my cameras for my handicapped son at work. When I try to connect to the Live Streaming feed, the system tries to connect, but it keeps saying "disconnected". The IT people at work said to contact Verizon to see what ports the system is using to access the live video feed of the cameras.
What are the ports the Home Monitoring is using for the camera live streaming feeds?
