I can only view the snapshot view of my camera online. When I switch over to live screen all I see is a white box with a small red X in the upper left hand corner. I can see live streaming on my phone but not my computer.  Does anyone know what the problem may be?

Be sure you sign out on your phone before you try it on your computer. The system doesn't seem to be able access from more than one sign in at a time. Other than that I can't think of anything.

Im sure you have already solved this but just in case you haven't check you JAVA settings. The live stream uses java.
