The new tv guide is absolutely horrible! How do I get the old one back?
Don't ask for the old one back. There are lots of new features and improvements in the new one. Some of the features were critical to FIOS going forward.
Ask instead for changes that improve whatever you find wrong with the new guiide. For example choices of color scheme and fonts types/size/color.
