gateway continually off/online

home monitoriing gateway is continuously going off/online i tried to reset it, and even left it unplugged overnight but it won't stay online!

Mine hasn't worked in 5 days. I was told there was a big problem with a firmware upgrade. Still down. The best part is, is that I was told my z wave thermostat would still run it's program. Not true. Good thing I'm home to control it. If it keeps up, I will unpair it and run it on it's internal program. Right now I have a $400 Spruce Goose. If it continues, I'd suggest asking them to send out a new Gateway. Only certain areas were affected. - DB

I get this more often than not when i try to connect to home monitoring at verizon.
