Unable to Return My Equipment

Hello,

I recently cancelled my internet through verizon and have been trying to return the equipment. I keep getting told that a box has been sent and no box is ever sent. I went to a physical location and they told me they could not help me since I had cancelled the account already. When I go to the website to try and get the label I am given an error everytime.

Is my money just being stolen here? What can I do to get this taken care of? I am considering cancelling my mobile line of 20+ years over this since the experience has been so bad.

Take your equipment into your local Verizon store & explain your situation & they should be able to return it. But. Get a receipt !
