To say that navigating the Verizon website is a nightmare is a total understatement!
Can anyone help me find the location of Trouble Ticket Status Reports??? Thanks.

I also had an open ticket but when I typed in my User ID to get the status, all I got was a ticket number with no status.

The Verizon Website is broken, perhaps deliberately. All links purporting to take you to trouble tickets end up here, which is like they are laughing in yoiur face.

We're sorry OUR WEBSITE STEPPED OUT BRIEFLY TO
CHECK OUT THE LATEST FiOS MOVIE DEALS. Bad timing, we know.
