Computer Errors On Verizons End Needs Fixed ,Error Has Been Going On 2 Years Now

My  residence  is  located  at   {edited for privacy}

I  keep  getting  errors   that   there  is  Verizon Dsl  internet services  at  my  residence  when there isn't

I   have been  fighting  this  issue,  for  going  on   2 years  with  Verizon,  to  get  it   straighten  up

I've  filed  complaints  with  Pennsylvania  Attorney Generals  office  and   the F.C.C

I  would  like  this  matter   straighten  up   for  me
