same here, i am in NY, since last week my connection is very slow and dropping every 15-20 min, need to reset modem(Westell7500) to factory defaults(power down doesnt help)
i see only one solution: to switch back to Time Warner Cable, Verizon internet is a joke

yep. My connection has been crapping out every few minutes for about a week now. Been through all the tech support and nothin' helps. if I can't get this issue fixed, I'm going to have to switch to something else. Friend of mine has TWC and has never had an issue.

My connection has been fixed. got help at DSl forums. connection no longer dropping and my speed is where it should be.
