Re: Fios Gateway Router G1100 and VoIP Issues

Since this an issue for Verizon and VoIP providers for the last 2 or 3 years, would the best approach be to talk to FiOS tech support?
We need to disable SIP/ALG and still be able to use our video services including on demand.
I hope Verizon has a recommended solution. Most of the posts on the forum say "might work" or other.
Help will be very much appreciated.
