How to get an 811.N Verizon Modem without the hassle of Chat/Calling

I have an original 811.G modem install with my service about 10 months ago. The Installer said he would bring a newer 811.N modem within a few days.

Is there a simple order page/email some place that I can place an order for a replacement without the hassle of a 1/2 hour phone call or chat session?

The page is blank. However, if it's an $80 solution, then no...I'm not willing to pay Verizon for more technology when I can simply continue to piggy-back and 802.11N onto their antiquated 11G...

if you have a good 802.11n router that does 300 mbs, stick with it

the verizon N router doesn't do 300 and it doesn't do 5ghz
