#1 Also try admin/serial number.
By Serial Number, I don't mean type in the words serial number. I mean find and enter in the serial number that is on the bottom of the rotuer.
#2 If that does not work, you can reset the modem combo back to the Defaults. I believe that is..
Press and hold the reset button for at least 15 seconds. Then you will use the detault setttings, and can change the password to your likings, and then get the stats....

We usually are on 2 separate computers w n/p but sometimes either comp or both will freeze .
Sometimes we'll lose the connection , have to reboot both computer , the modem .
Will solve problem but only temporarily .
We'd appreciate any help or just advice .
