MSN premium

I am currently paying $10.78 a month for MSN premium, I am not happy with it I am constantly having problems with my mouse it all ways jumps all over the screen whe I try to click on a a link or banner module. How would I go about canceling my MSN account ?

Then do not click on the link or banner ads..

A quick look through MSN support led me to this page. Since I don't have the premium service, I cannot sign in to get any more specific information than that.
