This side of the river all things are fine. Perhaps those sites are on cable and require power.

Interesting, but many tests for the my area (zip 221XX) show slow download (as a fraction of provisioned) and upload faster than download.  there may be a pattern problem which hopefully Verzion will pick up.  Tomorrow I have a tech coming out, hopefully, snow permitting.
