Looks like TV, Internet and Phone is down in my area Sterling,VA NOVA. Status says should be back around 8pm. Would be nice if they could post this infor somewhere, was on hold for 30min. then hung up and tried again.

Under "Notification Settings" in your Profile is an option to be notified of outages that affect your service. You can receive these alerts via email and/or cell phone text message.

Our FIOS internet and TV are still down. Has the outage been resolved? We still seem to have the outage in 20165

I'm in 20166 and I was able to get back online only 5 minutes ago. Problem should be fixed. Also, if you're not back online yet, try to reset your router.

As of 5:30AM this morning I still did not have any connectivity from 20165, but had to leave for work so I'm not sure yet. What a pain though. Wonder what caused the outage?

I talked to them this morning. Someone severed a line somewhere in Sterling (possibly backhoe) midday yesterday (6/6). Verizon needed to dig up the cable, and go through the laborious process of re-connecting each fiber. So, who gets lit up first is a crap shoot, as they work through hundreds or thousands of strands. The estimate on my ticket keeps getting pushed back, now it says 9pm tonight.

Thank Verizon. My Internet and Phone is back. TV is still down, they said should be back around 2pm EST.
