Hey, thanks, I never knew they could help with such issues. I was just going to buy a used BR for one of the seasons of Breaking Bad we didn't see and was going to purchase the season on Vudu, but it has become too frequently annoying to have to down rez the program. Even though the season on vudu is more expensive, the convenience is worth it for us. If they could help tweak the router settings to priortize the feed to my BR player with the vudu app on it and significantly limit the stalling would be great.
