Verizon Customer signing out
It is really suspious that when verizon rolled out a new plan for internet acess i started to have issues with my home line. i think they are trying to push people to the "new plan"(i.e it cost an additional $10.00) I'm tired trying to get ?verizon to do anything, can not undestand tech support! can not get any assistance! they just don't care! i'm calling the PUC and if that doesn'T work, either a lawyer or new supplier!
