For some reason their auto-detect script took you all the way to Amsterdam, but for the distance those results aren't too bad. Latency for sure is nice. Give this link a shot as it will take you right to New York City. Post up the results you've obtained (the one with the colored box and texts).

http://npad.iupui.mlab2.lga02.measurement-lab.org:8000/ (Be sure when you run this you have set the test to run at 25Mbps, and an RTT of 20ms. Do this before pushing Start).

do this apply to my connection that is 35/35 instead of 25/25?

It does apply. Just fill in 35Mbps instead of 25Mbps if you are having the same issues with your FiOS service in regards to slow speeds and such.
