Download OK but Upload speed very slow

Slow Upload Problem

 

Caused by Windows 8 One Drive Program being active. Eats up all upload capability.

Cntrl, Alt, Delete: Process Tab, scroll to One Drive, right click, end task

 

To check problem: Performance Tab, scroll to bottom, Ethernet, S:0 = fixed, S:400 = problem

To disable One Drive:
