#1 Is the Westell handling PPPoE, DHCP or Static IP?
#2 As addressed at http://www.dslreports.com/faq/13600
It is bridge mode, bridge mode - Not Bridge mode, routed bridge.

Ok.
#1 In your Westell go to System Montiroring -> Gateway Status.
#2 Click Yes, to the warning there.
#3 It should tell you in there what the type of connection is ( DHCP/PPPoE ) .
#4 What is it?

Make sure you are viewing the D-link setup with IE. If yo are using Mozilla FF, some buttons/options won't work.
