Can't call out; receiving busy signal but can receive phone calls

I can't call anyone.   When I do it just goes to a busy signal.   But people can call me.  What is the problem?

You need to open a problem ticket.  It probably is not something you can fix.  You can open a ticket on this site but not from the forums.  You can call using some other phone, also try open a support chat, try a twitter to verizonsupport, or use the Verizon support forum on DSLREPORTS.

These forums are designed as peer to peer.
