After DSL service was activated by Verizon I cannot receive incoming calls. When the incoming caller dials the number, two rings are heard and the phone goes dead. Out going calls appear to be fine.
Prior to DSL everything worked fine. Other than plugging in the DSL line filters as per Verizon instructions, nothing has changed in the house wiring.
DSL service is not working - the DSL tech said the phone issue has to be resolved first.
