I need to get a new light device that indicates that I have a voicemail message. I do not have FIOS, just a regular landline.
How can I find out if Verizon supports FSK Message Waiting or if I need a stutter dial tone message waiting light (aka illuminated message waiting)?
When I first signed up for Verizon Voicemail a few decades ago, I was provided with a small device that flashes a red light when I have an unheard voicemail message. Verizon probably doesn't offer this device any longer.
Thanks,
Judy

maybe the "accessibility" link at bottom of page under support topics could lead you to finding one of those ...
there is a section 3 paragraphs down with the phone number and email address (neither of which verizon, in its infinite wisdom, deems permissible here) , AND MAYBE, JUST MAYBE , SOMEONE THERE WILL KNOW WHERE TO FIND WHAT YOU ARE LOOKING FOR.......GOOD LUCK
