How to reset option for call forwarding during landline outage?

When I first logged onto the settings online for my phone, there was an option to forward calls to another number during a Verizon outage. There was no phone number entered and I just hit next and went on to other settings. I now want to enter a cell phone number here but don't see that option when I go to the settings page. I tried to call customer support but gave up after a 40 minute wait (even Comcast is not that long!). Thanks
