Incoming Faxes

I have an all in one printer that also acts as a fax machine.  Unfortunately, it picks up every call since it does not distinquish between an incoming voice call and an incoming fax.

Is there someway to divert faxes to the printer/fax machine directly?

It depends on the FAX software you are using.  I use WINFAX Pro 10 by Symantec and I can configure the software to either send or receive faxes regardless of the fax machine I am using.

I had the same prodlin hadme  on 4th call got help you need a faton # aqnd verizon come to the house could not fix said he never worked on fax service I can send bet not recive called cust serv 4 timesuc on the 4th callfoud out you need a dist ring and a faton number this cost about 5 per month .{please keep your posts courteous}
