We do not have any private mailboxes. This has occurred since we activated service with Verizon recently.
I'm referring to your Private Message inbox on the Verizon Forums you are currently utilizing. Check the upper right-hand corner of this page. There is probably a link that says "X Messages" (X = # of PM's) with an envelope to the right of it...
I will sometimes have no voice mail light and then I have it and it won't shut off. It wasn't like that till I cleared my voicemails. Why is that happening? I sometimes forget to look at the phone to see if there are any voicemails and then my friends or family wonders why I don't call back. Also, I can't get rid of my new email envelope on the phone even when there are no messages. Anyone have any suggestions?
