I have the same problem as posted by Doug101 on 11/30/14. When trying to access my voicemail messages I get a pop-up that says the certificate for Mediaplayer1 has been revoked. Making access to my messages using the verizon site impossible. Answers as to how to address and fix the problem are appreciated.

Having the same issue. Has anybody figured out a fix yet?
Having the same problem. Tried on both IE and Chrome. Chrome says need Java to run (it is enabled), IE says certificate revoked.
Spent lot of time on phone with a tech who seemed to have no clue....back and forth. Still waiting on phone while he put me on hold for 4th or 5th time.
Tech can't seem to get the notion that this is not an individual browser or local computer problem.
FINALLY, after being on hold, I was told that the "network people" said there is an outage affecting this issue and there's no estimated time when it will be fixed.
DON'T HOLD YOUR BREATH, folks.
Frustrated beyond belief
I'm having the same problem!!!
Well it finally got fixed. Seems there's a different kind of audio player that Verizon uses.
How was this fixed? Any information would be so helpful!
