3G network extender

My Samsung 3G Network Extender is not rebooting. SYS is flashing red (fast) and GPS is solid magenta.

We ask because a combination of a slow blinking red for SYS and a solid magenta for GPS indicates that the GPS extension cable is needed. Which exact model of the 3G extender do you have?  Have you tried connecting to a different port on your router?  According to the SCS-26UC4 User Guide, the 'SYS flashing red (fast)' may indicate an issue making initial network connection.  Have you called 800-922-0204 to confirm that your extender's MAC ID is STILL register/activated on your account as it might have been lost somehow.
