My Verizon Network Extender is stuck on step 11a of 14.
This just started this morning. Network Extender had been working great until today. I've tried rebooting it, appending the GPS extension cable, and calling Verizon Support. (Unfortunately unable to keep connection with Verizon Support via phone due to network extender being down.)
Unable to use our cell phones very well without this extender. Need help restoring service to it quickly please.

Add mine to the list as well. Seems to have been down for most of the night and morning as far as I know. Reboot, check GPS, all the usual stuff, no fix. No issues with my broadband ISP.

Add another to the pile - I've been running with very few issues for months but all of a sudden this morning I've lost service and am seeing the "Setup Failure|See User Guide|Step 11a of 14" fault. I've tried multiple hard reboots without success. It would seem that Verizon has broken something ...

Just spoke with Verizon tech support and they confirmed that this is an outage on their end - and apparently nationwide. The rep I spoke with noted that it's been going on for several hours now.

I'm out in North Carolina also. Verizon is aware but no ETA on a fix. 11a means it cannot download code from Verizon's servers. My guess is somebody updated something on their network that made these servers unreachable...

Kristina: Yes, we do have an outage with the network extenders at this time. I am happy to submit an escalation ticket for your account on this issue. At this time, we do not have an estimated time of fix, but our network team is working hard to get everyone back up and running as soon as possible

Just spoke to Verizon 11:00 am. This is a nation wide problem with an update. Engineers are working o this issue.

Comment: Hey Verizon. You send me text messages for tons of junk I have no use for. So how come when you have a known problem you keep mum? Seriously, if you sent a text (which will likely get through low signals) I would not have been pulling my hair out for the last half hour!

Agreed would have been nice not to waste time going through the normal "resetting" step those of us who have extenders know all too well for a problem that is not even on our end!!!
And when you have very little to no service without it calling is usually the very LAST option.
Located in PA - if anyone else has problem fixed would greatly appreciate a shout out so I can begin those lovely steps again.

Network extender is working again (12:30PM in CA).
*Note that if you have adjusted your Transmit Power setting to try and keep your neighbors off your extender (or whatever reason), it has now reset to it's default value after the update. Would be nice if Verizon could tell us these things...I guess they have higher priority money making activities to do.

Still out in rural CA - SE of Sacramento. Does anyone know if we must keep attempting re-boot every hour? Or can we just leave it on and eventually it will connect once the 11a issue is fixed in our area?

I had the same issue this morning and then for a couple hours this afternoon it reset itself and worked, but now it is down again with the same error message. This is very frustrating and I wish someone from Verizon would give us some guidance so we minimize the time we are wasting!
