My Verizon Network Extender is stuck on step 11a of 14.
This just started this morning. Network Extender had been working great until today. I've tried rebooting it, appending the GPS extension cable, and calling Verizon Support. (Unfortunately unable to keep connection with Verizon Support via phone due to network extender being down.)
Unable to use our cell phones very well without this extender. Need help restoring service to it quickly please.

You don't need to manually power cycle to see if it will work. It will keep trying on its own. At least it did for mine.

Yep. Nice to know at least that we don't need to attempt to re-boot every hour or so. Woke this morning to the happy solid blue dot. Back to 4 bars and 4Glte in east central California

We are having the same issue in Texas. Seems this happens a lot. We actually had to disconnect it and take it home to get the downloads to work. Has this cleared up for everyone today?
