Hi - I cannot connect my new Apple iPhone 15 Plus to my existing Network Extender, Samsung VZ 4G LTE NW Ext 2
- Blue LED is showing a good connection on the extender.
- I've followed the instructions in the iPhone settings but there is no "Enable LTE" setting or VoLTE option.
- Number of devices connected stays at 0 even after powering phone off and on.
- iPhone 15 Plus running iOS 17.0.3
Any clues as to what is happening, and how to resolve this?
Thanks

Hi Joe, as I mentioned in my Private Note . ..
I logged into the 4G LTE Network Extender admin page, and performed a FACTORY RESET.
This seems to have fixed my problem.
iPhone 15 now connects successfully to the extender and shows 4 bars of coverage.
- iOS 17.0.3
- Software Version is 4.0.8.01

We're sorry to read that you're having issues with connecting your device to your extender. Have you placed your device near the extender to try to get it to connect? ~Peter

Thanks for responding.
Yes, I have the phone right next to the extender.
Can you confirm if the iPhone 15 is supported on this extender?
All the instructions I've seen for connecting iPhone to the Samsung Network Extender 2 do not correspond with the settings in the iPhone.
I'd love for this unit to help with our coverage. Another identical phone in the household does not connect either, and gets barely one bar of signal strength so it makes the phone difficult to use...
Note: the Extender occasionally displays one or two devices connected, but when I dial #48 I get the following message "Welcome to Verizon Wireless. You are not under 4G LTE Network Extender Coverage with ID"

Thanks Joe- I responded to your private note with my iPhone software version, and the status screens from the extender.
Yes, I have reset the router and extender multiple times trying to resolve this issue.
I've signed into the Extender admin page to see if there are any clues there also, but nothing seems "wrong" as far as I can see.
Note the extender Software Version is 4.0.8.01 - are there any updates I might need for that?
