I bought the jetpack friday to use at the lake. I turned it on saturday after charging but didnt use it. When we got to the lake i took it out, turned it on. It says theres no data plan connected? But the sales rep told us it was linked to our account. I spent 200 dollars on this thing, how do I fix this? How can I get it connected to our data.
