I'm in a long-term runaround with my account. I went to my local Verizon store obtained a jetpack took it home realized it was not working for me. I returned it within 20 days and paid the restocking fee. Subsequently, I received an email from Verizon saying I owe them. I called customer service. I didn't have a Verizon phone number and they could not find my account number. Eventually the account was turned over to a collection company and I've gone back and forth with them explaining my situation and all they say is Verizon wants more. Has anyone else had such a terrible experience
