Disconnect HUM service

Was told by your Verizon sales person the HUM was free device and could cancel when did not want. then was told a year later hat is had to be paid off and run the two year contract.  I have not used it since Sept 2020 and do not want the HUM any more. How do I get rid of this and take the cost on my bill each month. I feel this was presented wrong and was told it was free, a load of garbage. I want it stopped and disconnected, I have removed the App from my phone also.

Have to call in and request a disconnect. It will drop off on the last day of your billing cycle.
