I bought the Jet Pack to leave in our summer home to remotely control the thermostat for the furnace over the winter. The Jet Pack works fine for this purpose. However we do have power outages and some times for ore than a day. So I bought AIBOCN Battery Pack. I plugged the pack into the wall socket and then connected the battery to the Jet Pack. It does not charge the Jet Pack, but will charge my I Pad so I know it is working and the battery also is at full charge and is accepting current from the wall plug.

That sounds like a great back up plan, ANNIEB810. Let's figure this out. What happens when you plug the MIFI in to the wall outlet to charge?

It is likely the external battery pack doesn't have enough amps to charge this device.... Check the requirements or the specs on the included wall charger...
