Having problems with my hotspot and service recently I have unlimited data and around 25 Gb of hotspot wondering why when I connect my Xbox to my hotspot it will run perfectly fine for maybe 2 minutes and then crash me and completely lose connection I’ve noticed when I open my phone and I’m on an app it will say you’re offline mind you I have used 1gb of hotspot out of the 25.. any suggestions?
We're sorry you're having issues with your hotspot. Does this issue only happen when you connect your hotspot to any other device?
