Funny that "fed_up" as a user name was already taken! No one at Verizon wireless can help..they say they'll call back but they never do. Even with gps cord plugged in, even with screen taken out of window, I can not get gps. Stays solid red. The sys light stays slow blinking red. Called Fios and got a new wireless router. Didn't help. Help!

Is the GPS unit plugged into the cord and the cord into the extender?

So, 2 out of 4 blue lights are red?  It can take up to a couple hours for the lock to happen on GPS.

It's been like that for a week.

Oh my god no it's not! Seriously no one has told me that...and we've talked to like 10 techs! We wondered why the other end of the cord looked like it was supposed to be attached to something!! I'll try it now! Thank you!
