ISP changes to orbic jetpack don’t transfer to jetpack

I just purchased an Orbic jetpack. Went to ISP to change security settings. When I select “apply” screen says “waiting” indefinitely. There is also a usage discrepancy between what Verizon sees and what is displayed on jetpack.

How can I get ISP to communicate with jetpack?
