Iphone Hotspot won't show as a network to Laptop or Ipad

Is there something in my Verizon plan I have to Add to get it to be able to connect?     For Verizon to allow this connection?    

I've turned on all options and done the process correctly ;       It will not show "Iphone" as a network to connet on any device I try ;

The Mobile Hotspot definitely comes in handy. Have you been able to to connect to it in the past? What exact plan do you have on your cellular phone? It may not support the Hotspot. -Vanessa
