Jetpack 4G LTE AC791L has new battery but turns off when I plug in the charger. I have tried removing the battery and replacing it. Same thing happens when I need to charge. Battery needs charging right now. How do I troubleshoot?
Hello, being on top of your Jetpack is vital, especially if you are having power issues. When did the problem start? Aside from replacing the battery, any other changes? Have you attempted a different charger? Aside from the power dilemma, any other issues?
