My Jwtpack worked fine... then suddenly it says "No SIM card detected"..????  I never had one and used it for months???

 

Solution??? Anyone???

We want to make sure your service is working. All our 4G devices are required to have a SIM in order to work. This allows the device to connect to our network. I assure your device does have a SIM card. It is possible to there is a problem with the SIM card or the device. Please attempt to remove https://www.verizonwireless.com/support/knowledge-base-122615/ the SIM and reinsert it in the device. Are you able to connect?
