Jetpack admin page issues

I am having issues with the admin site using multiple devices and browsers. It times out on me constantly and am unable to check for updates if that is the issue. Just got this today and after time outs was finally able to update network name and password but still can’t get the page to stay logged in. I seem to get a decent signal for loading content etc. just issues with the admin page. Not sure this device and plan are worth the trouble.

Oh no, I'm sorry to hear about the issues you're experiencing with your service. I know how I depend on my internet for just about everything. I'm more than happy to take a deeper look into this to see if we can pinpoint what's going on, this way it can be resolved quickly. When you say you just got this, was this an upgrade or a replacement device? Is the issue only while trying to access the admin page? Is the unit up to date on its firmware (see here https://www.verizon.com/support/knowledge-base-56202/)?
