First time using this equipment. Was told I could connect up to 12 devices. I'm only trying to use 2 (laptop) and ipad. Connection keeps freezing. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you

Reset the defaults on the Jetpack and try again. It might be a temporary problem that will clean itself up from there.
You will have to be more clear when you say "connection freezing". Try to describe with more details what you are seeing or trying to do at the time.

I use my Jetpack all the time, so we certainly want to get this fixed for you as soon as possible. Those were some good suggestions that were provided. It would be helpful to know what zip code you are in, and also the make and model of the Jetpack.

Thank you, Roseanne. My zip code is 91767 Make & Model - Jetpack 6620L
I've taken the battery out to try and reset and still keeps freezing up.
What I mean is that I can get connection, watch about 20 seconds of the show and it starts with the circle in the middle going round and round. This can last from 2 - 20 minutes. Once it does hook back up, same cycle again. This is so frustrating! I'm now paying 60 more per month and really could use some help. Thank you in advance

That description helps narrow down what's going on. Adjusting the Power setting of the Jetpack is needed to help ensure it stays connected. Here is a link with the steps need to get to the Admin page to gain access to the Settings of the device http://vz.to/2uWO8CK
Once there you can follow the steps on this link to change the power saving option to "Never" http://vz.to/2sZMz5I
