Why is my password not working to connetc to my device?

Your password has likely changed.

Reset the password to the default by pressing the Restore Defaults button under the back cover for around 15 seconds when it is powered up. This will restore everything back to the defaults.  Then wipe out the WiFI profile on your device and try connecting to the Jetpack again.
